About Tiffani Hastings, PT, DPT

Tiffani, a Virginia Tech alumna with a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition, Food & Exercise (2010) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University (2013), has over 11 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. Initially focused on neurologic disorders, she developed expertise in orthopedic and running related injuries, treating conditions such as neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries.Tiffani founded Invigorate Physical Therapy to offer personalized, evidence based care, emphasizing comprehensive evaluations and open communication to support rehabilitation and recovery. Her in home services provide flexible, high standard care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Q: Do you accept insurance?A: I am an out of network provider for all insurance companies. This allows me to work without the constraints of insurance companies to provide you the highest standard of care. Payment is due at the time of service. I will provide an itemized superbill after our session that you can provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral before seeking physical therapy with you?A: No, I can see you without a doctor’s order in the state of Virginia due to direct access. As of July 1, 2023, there are no time restrictions for patient care under direct access.Q: Do I need a doctor’s prescription/referral to receive dry needling?A: No, due to recent legislation on July 1, 2023, you no longer require a prescription or referral to perform Trigger Point Dry Needling.Q: What does mobile PT mean?A: I come to you! All we need is space for my treatment table. I bring equipment needed for manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, and exercises. I work with the equipment you have at your home to prescribe individualized home exercise programs.
